Relaxation café “HYAKKOYA”
HYAKKOYA was born on Ikuchijima,
an island in the Seto Inland Sea.

In addition to an energising food, HYAKKOYA provides distinctive lemonade made from Setoda lemons, an Ikuchijima specialty. Please visit us as a place where you can take a breather and reenergize while on your trip.

    Using whole Setoda lemons, you can taste the sweetness, aroma, bitterness of the peel, and acidity.
    (You can choose whether to have carbonated or not.)
  • Egg sandwich
    Egg sandwich
    / Egg, Mayonnaise, Lemon, BreadIn order to make the “Kari-Fuwa (Crispy and Fluffy) Tamago Sandwich”, a thickly baked egg is fried and sandwiched between two pieces of fluffy bread.
    It has a generous amount of our original lemon mayonnaise on top.
    It goes very well with HYAKKOYA lemonade.

    / Ground beef, EggMenchikatsu is a deep-fried minced meat cutlet with an egg that has been partially boiled inside.
    A unique dish that can only be found here is created by the combination of the rich, semi-boiled egg and the flavour of the meat.

What is Setoda Lemon?

The most famous brand of lemon in Japan is known as “Setoda Lemon”.
Many well-known chefs love Setoda Lemons since they have the ideal combination of taste, aroma, and nutrition.
HYAKKOYA uses many of Setoda lemons in its menu.

    5 minutes walk from Setoda Port on Ikuchijima
    15 minutes walk from Sawa Port on Ikuchijima Island
  • By Bus
    Take the Setoda BS bus from the Ikuchishima bus stop, get off at the Kosanji bus stop on the island’s eastward bus route, and then walk about 3 minutes.
  • By Bicycle
    Take Hiroshima Prefecture Road No.81, Ikuchishima Circulation Route. Please utilise the landmark “Kosanji Temple”.
